Shipping, Processing and Delivery Information
 
Shipping Guidelines
LittleFoxes.com uses UPS as our main carrier. UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES, AN ACTUAL SHIPPING ADDRESS IS REQUIRED! UPS will pick up and deliver packages Monday-Friday. UPS also takes the major holidays off and does not pick up or deliver on these holidays. UPS does not move packages on Saturday or Sunday and these 2 days do not count toward their shipping days. UPS will make Saturday deliveries, however it must be prearranged and only on Next Day Air packages. The fee for this service is an additional $20. Furniture and other heavy items require special handling charges.

Special Handling Charges
Our preparation of furniture and other heavy items for shipment require more time and care, so there will be an addition to standard shipping and processing rates. After receiving your order we will provide a quote for delivery to your address for items that require this additional charge.
 
International Orders
Orders outside the contiguous 48 states will incur special shipping charges. Please call 1.866.983.6202 or email CustomerService@LittleFoxes.com for a quote.

Turnaround Time
LittleFoxes.com provides a variety of shipping options. We strive to process all orders within 24 - 72 hours. Our cut off time for priority shipments is 10:00 am EST. Any orders received after 10:00 am will be processed the next business day. Subsequent to this processing, your order will either be shipped directly from our warehouse in
Detroit, MI or "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer. LittleFoxes.com stocks thousands of items in its warehouse. To help us offer lower prices on many items, less popular items are often shipped directly from the manufacturer ("drop shipped"). Additionally, the nature of some of our products also dictates that some very expensive items are produced in limited quantities by the manufacturer. These items are considered "special order" and may take longer to receive.

"Drop Shipped" Merchandise
Often, drop shipped items arrive just as quickly as items shipped directly from our warehouse. When we expect this to not be the case, you will be notified via email of the expected delivery date.

"Special Ordered" Merchandise
Sometimes it may be necessary to special order an item. If this is going to result in a substantial delay in you receiving your product, you will be notified via email and given the option of choosing another item or canceling the order.

Shipping Methods
LittleFoxes.com reserves the right to pick an alternate shipping method that will provide comparable or better delivery times. Sometimes this is necessary for various logistical reasons, however if you chose an expedited shipping method, the alternate method will be comparable. LittleFoxes.com primarily ships via the United Parcel Service (UPS), however some manufacturers do not support UPS and it may be necessary to substitute US Postal Service or another carrier. You will always receive a ship method that is as fast as, or better, than the one you chose. If this is ever not possible, you will be notified of your options via email.

Shipping Address Errors
If a shipping address is entered incorrectly (wrong zip code, missing apartment number, etc.) any additional shipping charges to correct the error will be charged to the credit card used to place that order. The customer will be notified if this occurs.
 
Sales Tax
Residents outside the state of Michigan will not be charged sales tax on purchases. Orders from within Michigan are charged 6% sales tax.
