Return Policy
All sales of clearance items are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Merchandise
1. All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 10-days of receipt of merchandise. 2. All packing materials must be kept, regardless of apparent damage to packaging, in order for an inspection to take place by the parcel carrier. 3. Please call customer service at 313.983.6202 or toll free at 1.866.983.6202. We will assist in the replacement or refund of the damaged merchandise. 4. Once you report the damage to us, we will begin the claim with the parcel company and the process of replacing your merchandise. 5. Our customer service staff can help you to determine how to handle the broken/defective items in your possession. 6. If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be credited or refunded.
Returns
1. All Returns for non-damaged, un-opened items must be made within 30-days of receipt. 2. Keep original shipping box and packaging material. 3. Call customer service at 313.983.6202 or toll free at 1.866.983.6202 to obtain authorization for return. 4. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to ANY order returned without prior authorization. 5. Special Orders and Import items may NOT be canceled or returned. Earrings and fragrances may not be returned. 6. The customer will be responsible for returning merchandise at their cost. 7. All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed to arrive damage free. 8. Please DO NOT use the United States Postal Service for returns. Fed-Ex and UPS have much better processes in place in case your merchandise should arrive to our warehouse broken. 9. When we receive the merchandise, we will inspect it for any damages during return shipping. 10. Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in good/unused condition. 11. All returns must be shipped no more than 30 days after an authorization number is issued. 12. Items that come in clear shrink wrapped packaging that is part of the product display that have been opened, will be charged a restocking fee of 25% because these items are now considered used. 13. Items that are returned in orders with free shipping, we will issue credit for the return minus the original cost of shipment. 14. We do not refund the cost of shipping on any returns. 15. Refunds for returns will be processed within 30 days of inspection of merchandise.

Return of Gift

Refunds for returns will be processed within 30 days of inspection of merchandise. 17. Due to security issues, we can not refund gift certificates.
Under the following conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued:
1. The request was made more than 10-days on breakages or 30-days on returns or exchanges. 2. The item is returned without proper packaging including peanuts. 3. The item is returned without original box and paperwork. 4. The items or box has been marked by writing or improper handling. 5. Customer did not keep the original shipping carton for the Parcel inspector. 6. The items were purchased as clearance items. All sales on clearance items are final!
