Toile de Jouy, commonly called Toile, is a process for printing on cotton that was invented by a young French fabric manufacturer in 1759. Traditional motifs are inspired by the French countryside and typically include scenes of pastoral life and village festivals. Seda France offers a new interpretation of this established classic with the visually arresting colors featured in their Toile line.
